This eight week course will introduce the fundamental concepts and building blocks of electronics. Rather than study theory, we aim to develop an intuition about how components and circuits work. Through a series of problem solving tasks, participants will learn to select and connect parts to achieve desired results, and will design and build increasingly complex devices.
The course is entirely practical based and the course fee includes a kit containing all the parts needed, which participants can keep and take home. We assume no prior knowledge of electronics, and look to build the skills and knowledge foundation needed to undertake basic electronics projects and to underpin further learning and exploration.

The fee for the course is £95, which includes an electronics kit to use in the sessions and to take home. You will also need a multimeter. If you do not have one, we can supply one at a cost of £15.
Under 14's welcome if accompanied by a participating adult but the content is pitched to ages 16+
